Miami Tile Masters were actually Tile Masters not someone pretending to be. I have lot's of experience hiring and working side by side with contractors and Miami Tile Masters know what they are doing and have a great eye for detail. They respect their work and your wishes but will always make sure that it is done correctly and let you know what is required to do the job the right way. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them for all my tile needs in the future!

I had a great experience with W&K Tile Inc. I hired them to replace the tiles on the first floor of my home (living room, dining room, kitchen, half-bath). The customer service was excellent. Kevin was very responsive to all my messages. He provided a fair quotation and was able to start work immediately. He committed to a timeline and finished the project as scheduled with no delays. I would definitely recommend W&K Tile Inc. for anyone needing tile work.

I appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness. I was able to schedule the work in less than a week. They did have to delay by one day- I appreciate that they did so 24 hours in advance. Things happen, open candid communication is the key. I rated this team 5 stars. I stand by that….I considered 4 stars only because they could have put a bit more effort into the clean up. I choose not to subtract the star. I was in a hurry to get to an engagement - I did not mention the clean up before they left. I am confident if I’d mentioned it, they would have put in the time and effort. They were professional and helpful in every way. 5 stars is appropriate.
