We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing — no hidden fees. Every job includes inspection, spot treatment, and eco-friendly cleaning. We also offer package discounts for multiple items (e.g., sofa + chairs, or carpets in multiple rooms).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone or message consultation to understand your needs. On the day of service, we inspect the items, pre-treat any stains, and perform a deep extraction cleaning using child- and pet-safe solutions. We always walk through the results with you before finishing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve completed professional upholstery and carpet cleaning training, including stain treatment and eco-safe product use. We continually research and test non-toxic solutions to make sure we stay up to date with the safest and most effective methods.
