I’m sorry to hear you were unhappy with the outcome. I’d like to clarify a few factual points for anyone reviewing this. Prior to the shoot, no specific shot list, room count, staging instructions, or equipment requirements were provided. The request was for standard interior/exterior photos and drone images at the address given, which were completed and delivered in full, consistent with the sample images and scope agreed upon for the $250 rate. The delivered gallery includes fully edited final images, along with original files for reference. The review appears to focus on select unedited previews rather than the completed, edited images that were provided as the final product. For clarity, the shoot was completed using professional equipment, including a Sony A7 III, DJI drone, and supplemental mobile shots where appropriate. It is inaccurate to state that the work was done solely on a phone. During the shoot, all visible and accessible areas were photographed. Several doors were locked and no on-site guidance was available, so I photographed every room I could access at the time. Creative preferences can vary, and I understand not every style is the right fit. However, the work requested was completed and delivered as agreed. No revision requests or concerns were raised prior to the review being posted. I’m always open to reviewing specific, reasonable feedback when it’s communicated directly.
