FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices you see on my account are my base prices. Prices are subject to change depending on special request that are made by the client. e.g. If I shoot two promotional vids for a business, where client A’s fees come up to $ because base price and work is satisfactory. Client B’s fees may come up to $$ because they require more and have made more special request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical approach for each client is to get know them to get a feel of their style and what pleases. I ask a few questions to understand the story that we are looking to tell and how to bring the most out of it. After understanding what we are looking at, I like to move on to the budgeting for a project so that they’ll know what’s to be expected.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Straight out of high school while looking for a job, my high school basketball coach needed a videographer. Because of our close relationship he asked was I willing to do it for him. While learning ways to make each video for him better, I slowly realized that I love figuring out new ways to make something entertaining. I slowly learned my style and realized that I could make a career out of this. I love anything with a story, from movies to even music. The ability to tell another persons story while bringing it to life was an opportunity that I felt was my calling.
