Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear our team member arrived on time and presented herself professionally. As this booking did not include a chef, our hospitality staff are there to assist with serving, light kitchen support, and general event help, but they are not able to operate unfamiliar equipment without guidance from the host. For safety reasons, staff rely on direction when using a client’s home appliances. That said, we appreciate you sharing your experience regarding the level of support provided, and we will take this into account as we continue to refine how we communicate role expectations in advance of events.
