Great experience working with JALU. Great communication, detailed work, good value. He came for one project (kitchen sink repairs) and since he did such a great job, I hired him to install a new toilet for me. He even suggested a good brand toilet and offered to pick it up for me.

Luis was responsive from the moment I submitted my inquiry. He offered to come the same day and showed up at the time he said he would. He was quick to diagnose the issue and efficiently made the necessary replacements. Reached out to JALU 24/7 for kitchen repiping, Luis was ready to come that evening to assist with our plumbing needs. We rescheduled for the following morning, he came by and quoted us less than half what the previous plumber was quoting on the spot. He didn't accept money for work that wasn't going to be completed that day. He asked if he could start today, which we agreed and he had his team there within 2 hours and were complete in 3. Luis was personable and witty, offering many options to best suit our needs, and agreed to return once the kitchen was complete to finish connecting the remaining plumbing. They work very clean and neat. We will surely be reaching out to Luis and his team for our plumbing needs. Thank You
