Fernandez did what most said no too. I needed a Submeter installed for our home to cut down our water bill . Living in Miami Beach we learned that we needed to install 2 backflows simply to install the Submeter . He accompanied me at City Hall thru the entire permitting process pro bono . He went out of his way to ensure I was happy and the job get done . Countless plumbers said no because they want the easy quick dollar jobs . Yet Fernandez Says YES to what’s difficult for others and thinks long term. He will now be our GO TOO plumber for life. Other plumbers should truly take note as this is what a Professional is.

Although I didn’t use Giraldo’s services because my husband figured out how to connect our sinks. I do want to point out that Giraldo was very responsive and a true professional. Long story short, I had a company coming out to install new granite countertops. They never showed up at the time they were supposed to so I called Giraldo (since I had him on standby) to tell him I was still waiting on the installer. By the time they came it was too late for Giraldo to install the sinks. Giraldo was so patient and willing to come out the very next day. But after another failed attempt with the countertops and since it was late we didn’t want to inconvenience him. He was more than willing to come out the next morning but we needed the sinks working. Giraldo, thank you for being so patient. Sorry for all the confusion.

The plumbing trade has been my business for the last 14 years. All along i worked with different plumbing companies in the residential and commercial fields with service emergency calls, remodeling and new construction. Few years back i decided get the journeyman license and not long after the Master Contractor Plumbing license. More recently also got the certification as backflow assembly tester for commercial purposes.
