In Florida, there is an ocean of bad contractors.They Promise a lot of things and dont deliver.Or they overcharge you for things that are UnforeseenAll of this is very sad and very unfortunate for the end user/homeowner/landlordI rarely make reviews about anything other than restaurants, but here goesThis was a 9900 ft. roof in a commercial building.The contractor handled everythingThey showed up with a heavily reinforced crewMultiple layers of people ready and willing to handle anythingEvery day when they left, they made sure there was not a screw or a nail out of place or on the floorThey handled my tenants professionally and with respectAnd literally put this Job from the Permit phase to closed permit and literally one weekOnce again, key highlights professional prompt honest And finished everything in a timely fashion, and yes, I would highly recommend themZen construction thank you for everything
