I had the pleasure of working with this company. Out of all the inquiries I made on Thumbtack, this company was the first to respond and the first to get to my home to give me an estimate. The price they charged also beat out the other companies. I was able to get my windows replaced quickly and my communication with Hensen at the company was always very fast. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. My windows look great too and they accommodated my schedule for the window installation. I highly recommend them!

Supreme Glass is a great operation with experience working on many types of windows including old steel casement windows. This family enterprise of thoughtful professionals sent 5 pros to replace 29 cracked glass panes. Glass was cut to fit perfectly on site and installed in a day. I've had this job done 3 times in 30 years and this was the most efficient, professional operation.
Neat. Thoughtful. Efficient. And they offered both traditional glazers' putty installation or silicone finish for affordability. The team delivered a nice finished look with near perfect silicone beads on every window – at a substantial savings. Very happy.
They offer many more window services. An in-person estimate was delivered in under an hour.

The guy who was sent to replace glass and board up was not only rude with our operations manager on site demanding payment right away but gave an absurd quote almost 2x of what we got from other vendors. If you’re doing commercial work have the decency to wait at least 24 hours for payment to go through rather than haggling, threatening and demanding payments. We’ll be there at the same location regardless. Very unprofessional, poor management and service.

Unfortunately, we have experienced situations in the past where payment became difficult to collect after our technicians left the job site, which is why our team is instructed to confirm and collect payment once the agreed work has been completed.
We certainly understand that commercial properties may have different payment procedures, and we will use your feedback to improve how we communicate payment expectations before beginning future commercial jobs.
