Honesty it was an absolute pleasure to work with Carlos of Hercules Restoration, Inc. He responds immediately, is a class act, and took the extra time to make sure my custom storage cabinet came out perfect. And it did! It was obvious that he took his time to make the piece very detailed and perfect. Craftsmanship is A+. No bs here, A+ all around.

If we could give 10 stars and check all the boxes for Hercules Restoration, Inc., we would. Carlos does impeccable work, is easy to work with and is quite personable.
Our job: We wanted to re-use an old set of drawers/display cases and turn them into a bar. We had an idea of what we were looking for/wanted. Carlos never tried to change our minds/force us to just make a brand new piece/etc. He would provide recommendations which would exemplify what we wanted. Work: Carlos was always available if we had questions and would provide communication/pictures of the progress. (We were even invited to his shop -- which was immaculate!) Outcome: Beautiful. We were blown away with the results and are consistently complimented on it when people walk in our house

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every single project start with a phone conversation to know in the best possible way what is your idea and from there we can continue. I will never give you "idea"of price. All my estimates will be written and to start a we must have a signed contract with all the specifications of the piece to build.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
45 years ago, I start building different pieces by hobby, and later I took a lot of different courses being the last one in 2013 in Connecticut State to masterize the furniture restoration process.
Today I can seriously restore and create different pieces of furniture.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Along my whole career, I worked with a vast spectrum of customers, from homeowners (Im never asking about who you are) to VIP, like university vicepresidents, presidents and CEO of different companies, world famous architects, movies directors, etc, etc.
