Setup and management of all GL functions including, but not limited to monthly closings.
AR and AP setup and monitoring in conformance of your established budget.
Train and monitor accounting clerical staff.
Experienced in writing, establishing, and follow up of administrative procedures.
Working knowledge in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook and Quick Books.
Payroll processing - QuickBooks and Paychex.
Employee benefits management.
Corporate insurances management - employers liability and general liability insurances.
Coordinate with outside tax accountants and auditors.
Working knowledge of French.
Fluent in Spanish.
