I had an outstanding experience with this plumbing company today. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my system. I was dealing with a persistent noise issue related to a thermostatic mixing valve, and instead of rushing to replace parts unnecessarily, they carefully diagnosed the problem, walked me through the components, and even showed me exactly what was causing the issue. That level of transparency and honesty is hard to find. What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to educate me throughout the process. They were patient, respectful of my home, and clearly take pride in their work. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right, not just getting in and out. If you’re looking for a trustworthy plumber who knows their craft and treats customers the right way, I highly recommend them. I won’t be using anyone else going forward.

Royal Plumbing did an excellent job for me on my condo they installed a new bathroom vanity fixed the tub pop up and installed a brand new toilet, there were a few minor issues but they fixed them very professional and quickly. I highly recommend Royal Plumbing. I don't think you can do much better. I've been a contractor for 42 years but I am now retired.
