Amazing work ethics. My unit broke and it was 92 degrees in the house. Called Severyn and the owner answered and Immediately he sent a tech to assess the problem. The next day the coil was replaced but it was not cooling. To my surprise he sent two members of his crew to install a portable unit to hold me out til Monday.
What a delight to experience that level of professionalism. Amazing customer service.

The crew was very punctual and professional when they came to work on my a/c. I spoke with the owner exclusively and he gave me what he promised with a quick turnaround time. I got several prices from a few other places and they were the best priced and the best quality. Now I may need to call again because it’s too cold in my house! I would highly recommend Severyn Cool to anybody who wants a job well done!
