- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 15 years of hands on experience in the technology field as well as a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis on Computer Systems Management from Hodges University.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Virus removal from all computers through out a network. Optimizing each computer to make sure it is running faster and smoother then when it was purchased. Router configuration, wireless printer setup. Network setup, product recommendation and install, laptop repair, windows 7 installation and "blue screen of death" repair.
