Escobar, the electrician from No Sparks Electric” showed up 15 minutes early for the installation of our new entrance way chandelier. He didn’t have the correct ladder and said that he was going to grab the correct ladder from his crew that was working near-by. Two hours later...no phone call, no txt message, nothing. Very unprofessional at best, and not even the common courtesy to inform us that he was abandoning us. I tried calling his cel phone, me picked up, saw it was me calling and hung up. He then txt’d me that “he was driving”. 20 minutes later, no phone call, nor txt message. This was the worst experience. “No Sparks Electric” located in Brick Township, NJ can FUCK OFF! The Worst

Dear Pete, We’re sorry our technician wasn’t clear as he hurried out of your house. Upon arrival the woman present asked to verify Our site as she didn’t expect a man of color and wasn’t pleased with his presence. After hearing she request you “keep an eye on him” he felt uncomfortable and Moved on to a more secure environment. Best wishes, No Sparks Electric Inc.
