FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing tends to be on a bid basis per job; although some projects may call for time and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer it is beneficial to have an on-site meeting to let us introduce ourselves and evaluate the desired outcome and existing site conditions. I have come to understand that there are usually many questions about the process and how the home will be cared for during the work, such as dust and carefully handling furniture. We like to see the space to help us understand your vision of what you want it to become.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Florida Building Contractor and I am constantly continuing my education in this area. I really enjoy the work and that keeps me striving to improve my business. I regularly attend trade shows, conferences, and specialty education events such as Surfaces, KBIS, and the Certified Flooring Installers convention. In 2009 I earned my Wood Flooring Inspector Certification from the National Wood Flooring Association.
