- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive, we will also work with our customers and advice on what is the best way to get the job done with his budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After inital contact we will set up a site meeting or a zoom call to go over the scope of work, after that we send the estimate with a detailed explanation of the pricing, also the details of the scope of work and the payment schedule. When we agree, we start working on the project. We will stay in touch all the time during the project as we belive comunication is key to a succes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Arturo Mosqueda started his carrer working as a Civil Engineer back in his country of birth, after moving to the states, he stated working as a job superintendent and project manager for two of the top custom home builders in the Naples area. During this years he acomplished the requirements to apply for a General Contractors license.
