By far, the highest quality contractor I have yet to contract with. Having decided to have my bathroom floor tiled, I reached out on Thursday and as of Sunday the work is completed passed my satisfaction. Of the collection of quotes I received Mr. Santiago came in as the most reasonable. At no point in time was the job site unclean, and even going in so far as to make sure my neighbors were not impeded. Parking situation was not impacting anybody. I am not only thoroughly impressed but I am deeply grateful that Mr. Santiago was able to fit me in as quickly as he did.
