- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client is unique with his or her goals both short and long term. Including any physical restrictions, therefore, your first time visit and experience will be nothing short of a personalized and satisfying.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is essential and key to my success. I continue to stay current through vast hours each year of CEU's (continued education) which is also required by state to maintain my licenses. Currently. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and obtained my Therapeutic Massage/Occupational Associates of Science Degree from Heritage Institute. In addition, I hold an AA in business and in pursuit of my Bachelors Degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science. All of my credentials are in active status and can be verified upon request.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All professions, ages and athlete levels welcomed and over 2 + in the field experience with all backgrounds.
