Andrea and her assistant were incredibly friendly and nice to work with. On the whole the house was cleaned pretty well. The floors (the parts that we could see) were glorious.
Unfortunately, our house is large, has lots of nooks and crannies, and even though this was booked as a deep clean, there was just too many untouched surfaces to consider it a deep clean:
- There were still spiderwebs around and behind items on our KITCHEN COUNTER, clinging between the items and the backsplash.
- The floor under our floating furniture didn't get swept or mopped
- Spiderwebs spiderwebs spiderwebs. between furniture and walls, in the low corners of walls, on light fixtures, between legs of chairs, etc.. If furniture gets moved in order to sweep and mop completely, these cobwebs would have been broken and fallen away. But it wasn't, so they didn't.
To be perfectly honest, I think this is a great outfit, they just got overwhelmed by the complexity and size of our space, and these items were missed in the process. I feel that if they were cleaning a normal house without tons of natural wood fixtures and trim, that it would come out perfectly sparkling.

A Pro Cleaning was great. They did a deep cleaning on my new home and everything was done well. The only thing I would change is for next time I will ask them to steam my wood floors instead of mopping them, as I see some spots this a.m. from the mop. Would highly recommend them to anyone though!

She was quick to respond to my posting, scheduled a meeting and provided references immediately and did the first cleaning within a week. The first cleaning was thorough and the requested work was completed. She came this first time with one of her staff which was impressive. I expect the continued work to stay at this high level.

The two young ladies who came to clean were very
Professional, and very nice. They really cleaned the house
thoroughly . They were able to clean out side of fridge and remove
marks that we could not . I am looking forward to my next
scheduled visit.
