Hi I’m Monica Miraglilo, founder of GirlBuild, a woman-owned luxury interior design and project management firm with over 20 years of hands-on experience delivering high-end residential and commercial spaces for developers and private clients from Martha’s Vineyard to Florida. My mission is to create elevated, timeless environments that balance beauty with function—while leading projects with clarity, discipline, and intention. What sets me apart is my deep understanding of the full build process: I don’t just design spaces, I know how they’re priced, scheduled, constructed, and delivered. I operate at the intersection of design and construction, thinking like a developer, managing like a project manager, and designing with the insight of someone who has spent decades on job sites. Clients work with me because I bring both vision and execution to the table—ensuring spaces are not only beautiful, but functional, market-ready, and built to last.
