- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the project and whether paint is included. We offer free same day estimates and 10% off for new customers and referrals. There are no hidden fees our quotes include prep, labor, and clean up so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free estimate either in person or by photo/videos . Then we confirm paint colors, discuss details, and schedule a start date. A deposit secures your booking, and we keep you updated throughout the process. Once the job is complete, we do a walkthrough to make sure you’re 100% satisfied before final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of hands on experience in residential and commercial painting, drywall repair,surface prep and occasionally we do house cleanings.
