It started out a little rough, 40 min late. I can overlook this as traffic and Fort Myers can be bad. The job took longer than it should have for just a few pieces of furniture. The white mattress had 2 black grimy handprints left on it, which is permanently stained. And the headboard was not reattached properly and partially collapsed as I didn't know it wasn't connected. None of this was disclosed. If they take something apart, you'd expect they would put it back together. And you'd expect an apology for obviously damaging property. Overall disappointed and I would not have tipped at all if I had seen this before paying. I'd go for any other company for my next move.

One person arrived- so my 81 yr old husband had to help move sofa bed and take the door off hinges. Also I specifically asked if he had covers or padding - and he showed up with no covers for a white couch.
