- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always inline with industry standards. We feel strongly about quality and spend a lot of time on details to make sure the job is as we and the home owner envisioned it when we started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the client on site, listen and look at the areas they want to improve. Then I like to go over the items that I feel based on experience will work best for them and fit into the mold of what they were looking for. Then I’ll build a proposal descriptive of their needs and my recommendations and see how we move forward from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
FNGLA certified , 15 years of experience working. With residents and HOA’sannual CEU classes given by the University of Florida extension office.
