I hired Bill for maintenance work .I live out of town and paid him in advance. Never do that!! He did not show up weekly to mowe the lawn as was agreed upon. Sometimes he did not show up for three weeks!He is extremely unreliable and very negligent. I would never hire this man again and do not pay him in advance . He takes your money and does not do the work!

After waiting 4 days in a row for another company to show up, who I had used in the past, to do a simple repair -- I went on line - found THUMBTACK - and Bill Marks was the first and only to respond. He submitted an estimate which was very reasonable, came out first thing that morning. He had to go pick up parts for a sprinkler head I wanted an extended one put on and parts for the irrigation hose that had been severed. He returned promptly - did the repair and retd that afternoon when I requested a retractable head be put on the extended head. He was extremely professional and thorough. WHAT A PLEASURE. I've been in Naples 18 years and he is one of the best professionals I have dealt with --- I will definitely call him in the future if the need arises. I was so pleased with his professionalism and JOB WELL DONE that I paid him more than what he said the repair and new head cost. WELL WORTH IT. Very pleased with Mr. Marks.
