FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently charge by the hour. A customer looking for long term services (3+ months) can request to switch to a monthly retainer fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is setting up a time to talk on the phone and listen to all of the customer's needs. We can also discuss needs via email or text. Then we both decide if we are a good fit and move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my High School diploma as well as my Associates' Degree. I hope to complete my Bachelor's Degree before sending my kids off to college or maybe afterwards when I have more time! I have 10+ years of working in the public school system. I started off as a substitute teacher & teaching assistant and then went into the administrative side. I did everything from receptionist, data entry clerk, supervisor, office manager in the elementary schools as well as executive assistant at the school district level. I have also worked humbling jobs in the food service industry, delivery services, and seasonal work. I also currently run a PTO in middle school. I have been the President for the last 4 years. This is a volunteer position that has helped me gain knowledge and experience in fundraising, connecting with donors, community outreach, and leadership. Finally, I am the team mom for my daughter's dance school. I manage all logistics for the 40 current parents. I send calendar dates & reminders, setup hotel reservations, keep spreadsheets for upcoming competitions and conventions and basically keep everyone informed and organized.
