- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is an agreed upon commission from the gross monthly rental income generated from the property. We have separate leasing fees, and maintenance fees when applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet to discuss the property, create goals and a timeline to reach the goals. This is a free consultation for us to determine and negotiate terms that work for both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a property manager for over 7 years, and a Realtor for 4 years. I have now combined both careers into a new property-management real estate brokerage to best serve my customers.
