I was searching for a condo online and I found a property listed under Guillermo’s name and I gave him a call. He called the property owners to inquire about the listing. Unbeknownst to him, they had rented it without notifying him. He responded immediately to me with that news and with his apologies. Then, he truly went above and beyond by sending me a list of properties in the community that I wanted. I found one but it was listed with another company. He called that agent and emailed me her office phone number. He followed up numerous times to make sure I if I needed any assistance. He even offered to accompany me to the other office to help fill out any paperwork! When I spoke to him on the phone (numerous times) he was very friendly and responded promptly with call backs. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him for any real estate needs. We are from the Midwest and if I ever need any assistance in the future, I know that I will call him and he will be there for me.
