As a travel nurse, my husband and I are often gone for 13 weeks at a time. Joe has always been there to rely on to watch over our property as if it were his own. He went over and above and also cared for our boat and dock. He made sure the battery was charged and the boat was ready to go when we returned home. Even our vehicles were clean and well taken care of. He has a work ethic that is rare and would not allow for anything less than what he would want for himself. Thanks Joe. Tim and Stephanie Q.

Mr. Adams takes care of my home for ten months every year. He does all interaction with occupant(s) and service providers. He provides all minor repairs when needed as part of his service. He does a comprehensive inspection of the property before and after the lease expires and monthly during the lease. I am very pleased with his care. Brian Cope

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With each client having different requirements it is difficult to have a cookie cutter price list. However my prices are in line for the industry.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
New tech products that I find help me in my job and may be of interest to my clients
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It just seemed to happen. I had moved to Naples and was looking to get into a new area and after looking back at my experience and the local market decided to get into the real estate business.
