- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a remote review of your roof using satellite data, then schedule an on-site inspection. You get a documented report of what we find, a clear scope of work, and a fixed price before any work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Air Force veteran with training in satellite and infrastructure systems. Previously worked at a major roofing manufacturer gaining deep product knowledge across shingle, tile, and metal systems. Current on Florida Building Code and Collier/Lee County permitting requirements.
