With nearly thirty years of experience, we have the knowledge and the ability to transform your home, condo, or office into the space of your dreams. Our staff strives to obtain the highest level of quality in each of the jobs we perform. I have been licensed and fully insured in Collier County since 1992 and would welcome the opportunity to serve you.

This experience could not have been better. Greg is experienced and his advice is valuable. My bathroom is beautiful and exactly as I wanted it. Greg came at least once a day to oversee the work. Everyone who did the work was competent, courteous, and punctual.
My time frame was three weeks and they finished in three weeks!

Due to my out of town business I was only able to do all my discussion and price negotiations with Gregg over the phone and email . We were able to over come this and still keep in touch with each other and adjust the project as needed I was shown the progress on the project and was very pleased with the finish product. Manatee Flooring handled every aspect of our tiling project professionally and to our liking. Greg set a schedule, met it and kept us informed of status as the project proceeded. His crew delivered a quality product and, afterward, they cleaned up and restored our house to its original state. We would definitely call Greg for any future needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a rule, we do have standard rates for the services we offer. However, each job we undertake has it's own set of unique requirements wherein we will assess those requirements so as to offer our clients the best and most affordable price we can while satisfying their project requirements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will make an appointment with a new customer at their location to see first hand the work they desire. During the initial visit we will take measurements, evaluate what work is required, what work is desired, what sort of budget they have set, and put together a game plan with the client based upon their individual requirements. On conclusion of the initial consultation, we will set a time to meet to start the selection process for materials. Once the materials have been selected, we will typically put an accurate bid together outlining the full scope of the remodel.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended numerous installation seminars and training classes sponsored locally by various flooring distributors, as well as attending national trade shows to supplement both product knowledge as well as staying abreast of the latest in installation methods.
