Introduction: I have been in the Naples, Florida, area for 37 years. I started out in the roofing work, then after a few years of that, I went to work for a painting company. I did that for a few years, then went to work for a local handyman that was very picky about being neat, clean and fair. He really took a lot of time teaching his workers exactly how things were done. There was no room for mistakes, so I was trained by the best. I'm trained in all areas of upkeep and repairs such as rescreening, power washing, interior and exterior painting, caulking, crown molding, baseboard, door casing, tiles and hardwood floors, gutter installation and cleaning, sink repairs, and window repairs. I open up and close houses as customers arrive, and when they go also during hurricane season. I go out and put the homeowner's lawn furniture up, put their storm shutters up, and take those down when needed. If we have a storm, I go out and check for damage to the homes. If there are damages, then I call a roofing company, meet with them on-site and coordinate between homeowners and contractors; or just get a roofing company out to get it dry until the homeowners can get there to go over the damage.
