Couldn’t be happier with my experience. The technician arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Turns out my dishwasher is on its last leg. Since no repair was done I wasn’t charged. I will definitely be call them again for all my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Adam was incredibly polite and always upbeat. Within a week, he had come out to price both tank and tankless water heater in place of our old tank water heater, and a week later, installed a highly rated tankless unit all without breaking the bank. He ran into a few minor complications during install, resolving each and even though install ran over as a result, inclusive of needing a few additional small parts, he did not adjust pricing and remained professional and friendly throughout. It was finished same day, and when we had a question a couple of days later, he arranged to come by without hesitation. Truly a top-notch individual and company, and for the first time ever, we can actually fully fill a large tub with hot water, run dual shower heads, etc. Our only regret is not finding him and doing this years ago! Before and after pics of our 22 year old water heater which lived on 140 max and our awesome new Navien! Suffice to say, we strongly recommend Adam and Riptide Plumbing! Very reasonable cost, excellent work, professional and responsive company.

Unlike traditional plumbing companies, we don't charge by the hour but by the project. This way the customer knows exactly what will be charged to eliminate hidden fees and overages on time limits.

Just let us know what service you are interested in! Once you send the request, we can set up an appointment and get the plumbing technician dispatched. That's it!
