Introduction: We have experienced crews to do all types of pressure washing. We also chemically pressure clean pavers, concrete, stamped and stained concrete, natural stone, acrylic overlays on pool decks, walkways and driveways. Then, we apply our deep, rich, 5 years solvent-based acrylic clear sealer for pavers, stone, etc., and a variety of colored penetrating sealers for pool decks and to beautify and protect concrete surfaces.

Very unhappy with our paver sealing project. Ken came out, seemed very professional, so we decided to go with them. They didn't show up the day they were scheduled, I had to call him at 10 o'clock in the morning to ask him where they were and he said he forgot that we were scheduled for today and they came out the next day. Which was fine, when they got here they didn't put enough sand in the joints as some of the joints had no sand in them at all, other areas had really high levels of joints and and sandwiches talk to the top of the pavers on my pool cage railing and they made a big mess inside of the pool with sand. Weeds started coming back within a month. I have called them several times and left multiple messages but they have not answered called back or responded to any of my emails. Very dissatisfied and I do not recommend acrylic illusions.

Sand levels were un even, washed out after only 3 months. Job was don't 6 months ago and I already find myself having to pay to have it redone. very disappointed.

My brick pavers turned white and cloudy shortly after sealing. They now need to be stripped and re-sealed. Very disappointed

Ken responded in a quick and professional way with a free written estimate. He was able to complete the job in a timely manner. His work was thorough and he spent extra time on trouble areas. His pricing is fair and he is genuine about providing helpful tips for cleaning/fixing other problem areas like roof and pool deck. Overall, we would hire Ken again to pressure wash our home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a pressure washing business, you should obviously look for an experienced company. Pressure washing may seem simple, and it is for the most part. However surfaces such as concrete, pavers, painted surfaces, etc. should be chemically treated with the proper products to allow the most gentle pressure as needed to clean the surface. The more aggressive you get with pressure, the quicker you wear down the surface. We use a variety of eco-friendly products for different surfaces with different types of stains
