- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to stay competitive with the most reputable companies in the Tampa area. In the end though, if you want the best looking floor with no worries, then the price is worth it. Consider the increase in value to your property as well when you think about the price. Depending on the type of property you own, the upgrade to your floor could be more than made up for in the increased equity of having a beautiful long lasting floor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our estimators, Kevin, Matt, or Greg will contact you to go over flooring options, color samples, our process, expertise, measurements, and prices. After agreeing to the quote, our office manager, Mathea, will contact you to put you on the schedule as soon as there is an opening and you are ready. We make sure you will receive the exact floor you choose. We will never cut any corners and will always honor our warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We were all taught by the best, the original owner, Mark Plumb, who has over 40 years of experience. He is a legend in Tampa, as far as garage floors goes. The operations manager, Brett Zatarain, has over 12 years experience and many of the employees are making a career with over 5 years experience.
