- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make pricing simple! Based on your accurate description of your yard through thumbtack, as well as quick google search of your address, we can provide you with an instant quote. All our prices include our no haggle full service program, which consists of Mowing, Edging, Blowing, Weeding, and round up in mulch beds. Additional service offered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees are level-2 federal background checked. We provide service to public county schools and are required to employ Jessica Lunsford compliant employees. We hold Green Industries certifications as well as traffic control, fertilizer, round-up, and pest control licenses.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check their credentials anyone can buy a lawn mower and some equipment but those who take the time to obtain the appropriate license and insurance should be considered more highly than the cheapest price. Look at the pros pictures in their profile and website, if they are generic photos of landscapes and not of them or their employees actually working that should be a RED FLAG!!. Check reviews we pride ourselves on being a 5 Star rated company those others with 1 Star reviews should indicate the potential problems you will have with them.
