- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the North American Lawn Care Professionals as well as the Gulf Coast Lawn Care Professionals. We continually re educate each other on every aspect of our job. Networking and sharing ideas and solutions with others in the same field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved cutting grass, there's something that really relaxes me about it. Being outdoors, plus being able to do something that I love to do helps me to provide my customers with the best possible customer service
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Never hire the first person that you call. First Check to make sure that they are licensed and insured, and then talk to them, find out what services they provide and make sure that they are willing to provide the services that you require. Last, when you do hire someone, do they show up promptly, do they do a good job, do they perform a proper clean up. All these are things that you need to consider when hiring a professional
