- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive on giving the best and fair prices in Florida. Coming from a blue collar family we've decided to give discounts to our clients. After our minimum hourly requirement is met, fees are only added if there are extra services that weren't initially agreed upon performed, or a last minute request that will make us break our reliability program for our next client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like show our new customers that they are a new member to our family. We enjoy explaining our process of attacking their moving problems with care; while treating their cargo as if I was one of our precious collections.
