- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Howard Powered is committed to providing great customer service and results. We base our prices on the size of each job as well as a comparison to our competitors prices. We offer discounts when multiple services are rendered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are always welcomed. We'll set up a phone or in person consultation to get a detailed description from the customer of the job. Depending on the factors of the job (size, treatment plan ect..) the customer will get an estimate. Our team will also do an in person consult of the property to better evaluate the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No Pressure washing education just 20 years of experience in the field of pressure cleaning.
