- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no standard commissions but there are “customary” levels of commission and I am certain you will “get what you pay for” if you get a discount agent. No
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would want to have a quick phone conversation and set a time to meet face-to-face. If our personalities click, we will get down to business either selling your home, buying a new property or if you are thinking of getting your real estate license, I can coach you from beginning to the end and throughout your career.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in all capacities of real estate: selling, coaching, training, lead generation coordinator, transaction coordinator, operations, assistant, Director, manager. I have also owned my own real estate company when I was a Broker and top producer in North Carolina.
