I have a shallow well for my irrigation. I moved in 12 yrs ago. I had a few minor repairs when I moved in but the 40 yr old jet pump was coming to an end. I didn't know where my valves were buried in the yard. They hooked up the rod and found the valves. Well they were in two separate places. I didn't know where my valves were buried in the yard. Well they were in two separate places. One place didn't have a box holding the valves! James and his workers were able to replace the a more powerful 1 1/2 hp pump replace the valves including the manifolds. Manifolds hold the valves in place and allows for better future maintenance or replacement for valves. So more cost now which would save later and it was the right way of installing valves. He doesn't cut corners. All these items are billed separately and were more than it should be in cost I knew that but they took their time and it was being done right. Example: when he could not get the pump he wanted from his supplier that Saturday he didn't just get any pump and hurry to just get it done he waited till Monday to get the right pump. The one which is of quality and will last a long time. So James the owner closely supervising his team to make sure all is done correctly. Even when all was replaced. The pump would not want to shut off. So he changed out the pressure switch and with good ears he listened to his employee together they determined two zones that had the least amount of heads could be combined. When this was done there was enough water passing through the zones now and were able to allow the pump to shut off! Tada we found out what was the main culprit of the well pump not wanting to shut off. Lower range pressure switch plus combining a few zones. Changes I made over the years to each of the heads in the lawn can change things. So adding more HP helped too. Now I have less run time due to less zones and I have plenty of pressure to hit those areas I struggled to get water at the edge of the sprinkler heads ability. Now they heads shoot over each other and provide enough coverage. Oh my pump is in the garage and it now is not as noisy! Thank you James and gang. Summary: Responsive, knowledgeable pricy but done right! With a two year warranty!
