Rich, was awesome, he was at my house within the hour, found the problem within 10 minutes. It happened to be my water supply and not equipment. He did not charge me or try to rip me off. Good honest and dependable guy, even helped find a problem at my neighbors.. Thanks rich you are now my go to guy💧
