- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer will contact us, we will explain what we will do, and then set up an estimate. At the estimate we will learn more about the customers tastes and preferences. We also take notes about aforementioned items and price the home either there or shortly after we leave the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Countless hours in the field cleaning before owning the company. I also have several years experience with managing employees both in the cleaning business and in the field of counseling. I have taken business courses, read books about the industry, taken courses regarding the industry and constant refreshing of skills through hands on training as well as learning through books and courses.
