What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices range from between $30-$50 an hour. I work very hard I understand how to work with marble and natural surfaces, antiques, natural stone flooring etc. I can clean and help manage very high end homes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am happy to do a virtual walk-through prior to cleaning, or I can give an estimate over the phone or by text. If you are not home during the clean I am happy to take photos or a video. I do work with a lot of remote owners that are out of state.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree.
