Introduction: I have over 20 years experience in HVAC starting in Europe with Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG, and many more. We just moved to the area from out of state and into our new home. Within 24 hours the AC went out. We called first thing in the morning and had the crew onsite within 45 minutes. Bendi provided a quick and honest assessment of our options. Given the age of our existing units, we decided to replace the condenser and air handler. On a Saturday, Bendi was able to go to the warehouse, get the new units, bring a crew out, and have our AC blowing cold air again in the same day. We are so, so appreciative of his fast service and honest work! Finishing unpacking our moving truck would have been totally unbearable without his help.

My AC stopped blowing cold air, and I needed an emergency fix as I’m selling my unit in a few days. I’m also not in the state and had to comunícate through text and calls. Given all these obstacles, Blendi was quick and responsive, he FaceTimed me to show me what the problem was and walked me through it so I could understand. He moved his schedule around to make sure that he could help me out. I would 100% recommend his services. He’s honest and has integrity, he’s responsive and communicative, and got the job done!
