- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first - well comprihansive program as good as FITNESS ASSESMENT , in other words if you can not measure it - you can not manage it. ALWAYS AND I AM REPEATING MY SELF ALWAYS STARTTING With analyzing clients needs at the first session , so by the time I am done with first session with my clients they will know expectations , deviations they may have, basic fitness picture , nutrition , and Body Compostion , based on the info I collecting at first session - will develop personal plan for archiving my clients goals - SMART( Specific, Measurable, Attainable , Realistic , Timely ).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor degree at engineering I have been a fitness coach since 2011. My Professionals achievements : 1. National Academy of Sport Medecine(NASM) - CPT(certified personal trainer) 2. NASM Certified Performance Enchaicment Specialist ( sport performance ) 3. NASM Certified Corrective Exersise Specialist ( fixing people after trauma or any type of rehab, postural deviations , etc.) 4. NASM Certified Nutrition Specialist 5. TRX Certified ( suspension training ) 6. NFPT CERTIFED ADVENCE STRETCHING SPECIALIST - many form of stretching exist , applying the most effective for every single one of my clients . 7. ISSA CPT 8. ACTION CPT
