• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Hello! Thank you for your interest in my services. To make our cooperation as convenient and efficient as possible, I would like to share the process of how we will work together. Initial contact When you reach out to me, I am always happy to listen to your requirements and discuss the details of the work. All communication will be conducted via messages, where we can thoroughly review your task. Assessment and offer Once I understand your needs, I will visit the site (if necessary) to assess the scope of work. This will help me determine the exact cost and timeline. All work details and possible additional charges will be discussed in advance through messages. Agreement on pricing and conditions After preparing the cost estimate, I will send you the offer. We will finalize the price and discuss any possible discounts for regular clients and large-scale projects. Work and completion Once everything is agreed upon, I will begin the work. During the process, I will remain in contact with you via messages to keep you informed of the progress and clarify any details as needed. Work completion and payment Once the work is completed, we will review it together through messages. If you are satisfied with the result, the final payment will be made. This combination of theoretical knowledge and real-world practice allows me to successfully handle any construction and repair projects.
