We hired Yoan to help us clean the condenser coil in one of our units, it wasn't done properly, he used water and not acid. So the HVAC is not cooling. $450 has gone to waste. Not recommended.

I had an excellent experience with B&M Service. My A/C cut off around 7:50 PM, and by 9:00 PM Tim was at my house to diagnose the problem. They quickly identified that the condenser fan motor needed to be replaced. Even though they couldn’t finish the repair that night, they left my system stable and comfortable enough to get through until morning. True to their word, they returned the very next morning at 9:30 AM with the replacement motor and completed the repair by 10:30 AM. Now my house is cool and comfortable again, which is a huge relief because living in Florida without A/C is brutal. Throughout the entire process, they were punctual, professional, and transparent. They clearly explained what needed to be done, showed me the old parts, and provided warranty coverage for peace of mind. I also appreciated the convenience of payment options Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, credit card, or cash, which made everything simple. I truly value their honesty, responsiveness, and efficiency.
