I sent out a request on Sunday expecting a response on Monday. I heard back on Sunday and an appointment was scheduled for Monday. Part ordered and installed. SOS was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Impressed by SOS and would recommend 100%.

Mir was prompt and very polite and professional. He diagnosed our refrigerator and ordered an OEM part as replacement. He repaired the refrigerator and was quicker than estimated. Amazing work. Repaired my washer and helped me install my fridge. Before he arrived he also called me and gave me some free tips and was very helpful even prior to giving me any estimate or diagnostics.
