- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is negotiable and will fit comfortably within your budget We are Licensed and carry liquor and general liability insurance. You can avoid the high cost of catering and venue markups on alcohol because it is supplied by you .BY DOING THIS .... * Anything you don't use, you get to keep OR return it for a full refund.* We can provide shopping lists and always help you with the garnishes and mixers if you need it. We can also supply ( AT NO ADDITIONAL COST ) A portable bar / tables ( One 12 ft/ Two 6 ft & Two 5 ft) Coolers ( 2 large upright coolers on wheels, each one can hold up to 48 beers , 2 double wide coolers & multiple other sizes. Plastic Cups, napkins, stirs,straws etc. We will travel ANYWHERE in Florida . No travel costs added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we pride ourselves on our communication. First, we listen to the customer needs and requests to determine exactly what their vision is for their event. We can then recommend a beer, wine and liquor inventory along with speciality drinks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Hospitality Industry for 25 years. During that span, I have owned two restaurants, worked as a Catering Coordinator for 10 years .After all that time I STILL ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! I love the interaction with others, the process, planning ,details. We do posse Liquor liability Insurance as well as general liability . Coverage up to 2 Million Dollars. Most Venues require the bartender to carry Insurance. In addition we also posses ….. FLORIDA OFF PREMISES SERVING OF ALCOHOL AND FLORIDA RESPONSIBLE SERVER OF ALCOHOL AND FLORIDA SAFE SERVE CERTIFICATION (FOOD)
